The smart home is available through our My Apartment application. It enables you to see the current temperature in your apartment at any time and anywhere. 
If you are leaving the apartment for longer period, you can turn off the heating as part of your energy savings and then reheat your apartment to the temperature you want before your return to the residence. This saves money and also saves the environment.
Regulate the temperature easily by simply dragging the button to the preferred value. As a part of greater comfort, prefered values for heating can also be set and save in the system.
Safety sensors on windows and entrance door
If you are leaving your Prague apartment for a long time and you are not sure whether you have closed the windows or the entrance door behind you, don’t worry. Log in to our application and check it through your smart home. In case the system tells you that the window remained open, just text us and we will be happy to close it for you.
